CWL Living
Our Scheme Managers are the core of our successful running of the complexes. We are proud to have two dedicated Scheme Managers on site Monday to Friday.
They are there to provide you with the support you may require in your day-to-day life and help with liaising with external statutory and voluntary services on your behalf.
You will still be responsible for all your own care, medication, activities and financial situation, however they will not advise on any of these aspects but, if asked, they will ensure you can contact those agencies who can help.
CWL Housing operates a comprehensive maintenance service which ensures all maintenance requirements, whether they are the main building, common areas or your flat are dealt with effectively.
This gives you the peace of mind to enjoy your retirement lifestyle without the need to worry about the usual tasks such as gardening and exterior maintenance.
We consider your security paramount and provide a range of systems to ensure you are safe and can obtain assistance at all times.
The main system is our Scheme Managers who will provide assistance immediately or ensure that the required services are notified and attend in the appropriate time.
Once a new tenant has settled into the complex the Scheme Manager will complete a Support Plan with them.
This process is conducted in complete confidence and will help identify their current needs and also helps maintain their independence. Each plan will be reviewed every twelve months or sooner should it be necessary.
